Complaints Procedure

The warranty for consumers is 24 months from receipt of the goods. The buyer is obliged to check the goods upon receipt of the shipment. The warranty only covers manufacturing defects. Defects caused by improper handling, washing or normal wear and tear or mechanical damage are not covered by the warranty.

Complaints of goods must contain a description of the defect, order number, name of the ordering party, return address and telephone number for any contact. The complaint will be settled within 30 days of receipt of the shipment. The seller informs the buyer about the receipt of the goods for the complaint and the deadline for resolution by e-mail. In the case of a justified complaint, the goods will be repaired or exchanged. Such goods will be sent at the expense of the seller. If repair or replacement is not possible, the funds will be returned. The seller informs the buyer by e-mail about the method of handling the complaint. Important notice: Please note that shipments may not be sent for cash on delivery in any case. In such cases, it is returned to the sender. The trader is obliged to return the cost of delivery of goods only in the amount corresponding to the cheapest offered method of delivery of goods.
